Our experienced and dedicated company principals - John King and Mariza Kennedy bring a fresh and innovative approach to consulting.

John brings both the skill sets and experience necessary. His global resume consists of 17 years in investment banking and trading within the financial districts of both London and New York. His experience is complemented by a proven track record within Information Technology operations and account management. John has been working with both the Internet and Web technologies throughout the evolution of those entities and their relationship to the marketing industry.

Mariza has a diverse background in marketing and graphic design attained through 15 years of working within the industries. With discipline as a Creative Director for a publication, served as Senior Graphic Designer in branding design and Media Buyer for print. She has also held titles along side as a Project Management and Marketing Specialist. She is knowledgeable in Print Design from concept to full production. She also has Market Research and Media/Budgetary planning experience.

We previously worked together as a team within a very successful sales company in Orlando, Florida. There we not only gained experience and improved both our marketing and technological skills; but developed a business acumen that resulted in our forming Xtreme Innovation Marketing, LLC.
